Children´s competition gelding

I am searching for a gelding for an 11 years old girl as a competition horse. It shall be a real school master for her with a good basic education, age not unser 10 years up to 15/16 years. The girl is experienced and very tough, has good technics in riding and is not afraid of speed. The only problem: she weighs only 28 kg. So the horse needs to be light on the reins, reacting nicely on rider´s aids and may not be trotty in tölt or too strong in general. No sweet itch and no horses from Iceland. We are living in Northern Germany, so horses located in Jylland or on Fyn are welcome.
